    In order to be healthy, one shall know when to go to bed and when to get up. When you go to bed on time, your body will rest, and your spirit will study.

    Work is the mental life on the Earth. Only while sleeping, one gains his energies. Eating is a process, during which energies are put into action, and the work is usage of the already gained energies.

    A day will come, when people may live without sleep. Sleep is a rest only for those, on whom the rational beings work. In this way their consciousness will raise. In order to come to a higher consciousness, one shall adopt balance between the mind and the heart. When he comes to that balance, the processes in his organism will happen normally.

    Sleeping has become necessary for people because of a breach of God’s laws. The sleep and death are not foreseen.

    The earliest one goes to bed, the better it is for him. Why? Those, who go to bed early, they take in the whole gathered prana, i.e. the vital energy in the atmosphere. Those, who go to bed late, they hardly fall asleep, because there is no enough quantity of prana for their organism. Do not go bed later than midnight. In general, 8 p.m., 10 p.m. and midnight are the hours determined for going to bed.

    Contemporary people attract lots of misfortunes, because of lots of sleeping. They do not go to bed on time, when they have to sleep, and they do not get up on time, when they have to get up. Do you know why you cannot sleep? This is very simple. At what time do hens go to bed? They know that when the Sun goes down, there are lots of trains to the other world. The messages for the other world are very good, but later than 10 p.m., 11p.m., and midnight, the trains come more rarely and they will have to wait. You cannot go to the other world. You will be awake at the station, you will wait, but when you get on the train that has arrived, it is easy. It will bring you to the other world.

    Contemporary people must go to bed in the evening at 10 p.m. at the latest and get up at 5 a.m. in the morning. One, who wants to live healthfully, he shall go to bed and get up early.

    Evil grows mechanically, and good grows organically. Never leave a bad thought to work in your consciousness.

    In the evening, before going to bed, review your thoughts and do not leave in your consciousness any bad thought to work, because that bad thought will stop your progress and will do harm to the others, too.

    Before going to bed, you shall undress and say to yourselves: “God, thank You for the life and for everything that You gave me. Thank You for the eyes, arms, legs, ears, mouth, heart, for everything that You gave me.” You shall thank for everything. You shall touch each part of your body and then go to bed. You shall thank for the mouth and tongue, through which you say sweet words. You have a nice brain. Thank for it. You have ears for hearing, and eyes for looking. Thank for everything.
